Who we are
With a combined heritage of over 23 years delivering mental health support through our partnership with SNfMH, we bring deep frontline experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges people face every day.
Over the years, thousands of individuals have been supported through mentoring, counselling, peer support, wellbeing groups, signposting and specialist training. This hands-on experience means we understand that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. People need support that is practical, accessible and delivered in a way that feels safe, human and free from judgement.
Today, we are building on that foundation and scaling our work to reach more people than ever before. Operating from Lichfield and Cheshire, we are expanding our services to a national audience, with a mission to increase access to meaningful mental health support across the UK.
As part of this growth, we have launched three new specialist areas of support focused on communities where mental health challenges are often overlooked or harder to access help. These include dedicated support for Farming and Rural communities, Veterans, and Older Adults — groups who each face unique pressures, isolation and barriers to support.
We are determined to open up the conversation around mental health. That means challenging outdated myths, breaking down stigma, and bringing difficult but vital topics such as suicide into the open. Because real change starts with honest conversation.
Our goal is simple: to create spaces where people feel able to talk, feel heard, and access the help they need — without fear, judgement or barriers.
Because everyone deserves support before things reach crisis.
