Who We Are
We’re on a mission to make mental health support accessible, stigma-free, and community-led.
Our Purpose
Our Mission
Mental Health 360 was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to support before things reach crisis. Too many people still fall through the gaps—waiting for NHS referrals, unable to afford private care, or not knowing where to turn. We provide counselling, peer support, wellbeing groups and access to local services, making sure no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
Alongside this, we work with charities as an embedded partner—strengthening income, reach and operations through joined-up growth and smarter tech, bringing years of behind-the-scenes expertise into one connected solution.
Two halves. One mission.
“Real impact happens when people get the right support—and the organisations behind them are built to sustain it.”

What Guides Us
Our Values
Everything we do is guided by three core principles.
Accessible
We remove barriers to mental health support. No waiting lists, no postcode lottery, no jargon. Support should be available to everyone, when they need it.
Community-Led
Our services are shaped by the people who use them. Peer support, lived experience, and local knowledge drive everything we do.
Stigma-Free
We create spaces where talking about mental health is normal. No labels, no assumptions — just genuine human connection and understanding.
Coming 2026
Expanding Nationwide
We are taking our model of community-led mental health support to the communities that need it most across the UK.
Farming Communities
Rural isolation, financial pressures, and seasonal challenges make farming one of the most mentally demanding professions. Rural Mind brings support directly to these communities.
Veterans & Service Families
Transition to civilian life, PTSD, and identity loss affect thousands of veterans. Veteran Mind provides specialist, peer-led support that understands military culture.
Older Adults
Loneliness, bereavement, and loss of purpose disproportionately affect older people. Seasoned Mind offers companionship, groups, and accessible wellbeing services.
Trades & Construction
Long hours, tough sites, and stigma around asking for help leave tradespeople and construction workers underserved. Trade Mind breaks that stigma with peer-led support built for the realities of the trades.
